# Liquidity 50%

500,000,000 $MTA

The liquidity allocation does two jobs: it is the tokens sold in the presale, and it is the tokens that sit in the trading pool next to the money the presale raised.

### Presale — 350,000,000 $MTA in three rounds

The presale runs for one month on Meteora's Presale Vault, or ends early the moment the final round fills. Each round has a fixed price, a fixed number of tokens, and a fixed per‑wallet limit. Earlier buyers pay less; later buyers pay more.

The presale runs for one month on Meteora's Presale Vault, or ends early the moment the final round fills. Each round has a fixed price, a fixed number of tokens, and a fixed per‑buyer limit. Earlier buyers pay less; later buyers pay more.

<table><thead><tr><th>Round</th><th>Tokens</th><th>Price</th><th>$MTA per $1</th><th>Round raise</th><th width="114.7257080078125">Per‑buyer limit</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td>100,000,000</td><td>$0.0010</td><td>1,000</td><td>$100,000</td><td>$500</td></tr><tr><td>2</td><td>100,000,000</td><td>$0.0030</td><td>333</td><td>$300,000</td><td>$3,000</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td>150,000,000</td><td>$0.0040</td><td>250</td><td>$600,000</td><td>$6,500</td></tr></tbody></table>

* Pay in USDC or SOL. The presale contract itself takes USDC, so every limit is an exact dollar amount; SOL is swapped to USDC at checkout in the same flow.
* Limits are $500 / $3,000 / $6,500 per round — $10,000 in total for any one buyer across all three. Round 1's small limit spreads its 100M tokens across at least 200 buyers.
* A round closes the instant it fills; the next round opens immediately.
* Deposits are final. There are no withdrawals or refunds once a purchase is made.
* Limits are per *buyer*, not per wallet. Wallets that share a funding source or move funds between each other are treated as one buyer and share one limit. This keeps the limits meaningful and the distribution wide.
* Tokens unsold at the end of the month are burned.

## Trading Pool — up to 150,000,000 $MTA

**100% of presale proceeds go into the trading pool.** On listing day, the USDC raised is paired with $MTA from this allocation on Meteora DAMM v2, and the liquidity position is locked permanently. Nobody — including the team — can remove it. The team's only claim on the pool is its trading fees, which fund operations and cash payouts to marketplace makers.

The number of tokens placed in the pool is set by the amount raised, so that the listing price always sits above the last presale round:

<table><thead><tr><th width="217">Presale result</th><th>USDC in pool</th><th>$MTA in pool</th><th>Listing price</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>$100,000 (Round 1 only)</td><td>$100,000</td><td>80M</td><td>$0.00125</td></tr><tr><td>$400,000 (Rounds 1–2)</td><td>$400,000</td><td>100M</td><td>$0.0040</td></tr><tr><td>$1,000,000 (All RRounds)</td><td>$1,000,000</td><td>150M</td><td>$0.00667</td></tr></tbody></table>

Pool tokens not needed are burned. There is no separate exchange‑listing reserve: centralized‑exchange listings, if pursued, are funded from the pool's trading fees and the Treasury, and any tokens an exchange requires for market‑making are bought back from the open market rather than held out of supply.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://whitepaper.memetheftauto.com/usdmta-token/tokenomics/liquidity-50.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
